Nothing more to say than delicious.

They use to be on Silver Street, near the bridge back in the day.
Now she is retired and at home baking up a storm. 

Seem to me home made patties are beating yous hands down!

I did not go to the actual bakers but had this pattie at a gathering. Enquiries to it's origins was Lincolns bakery, which had been nominated by Gayle M some time ago as the best patties around.

Pastry - is more short bread than flaky but melt in the mouth with flavour - 3.5
Shape - good - 5
Flavour - beef - looks like meat Horay! Full of Caribbean flavour with a pepper after bite - 5
